We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please review the item's product page for final sale designation before purchasing.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

THOMAS SCHMIDT LLC uses only premium natural fabrics including merino wool, Egyptian cotton, Italian linen, cashmere, and silk. We do not use synthetic blends in our core collection. Full fabric composition is listed on each product page.

Care instructions are printed on the label of each garment and detailed on the product page. As a general rule, we recommend dry cleaning for structured pieces and cold hand-washing or delicate machine cycles for knitwear. Avoid tumble drying natural fabrics.
