5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. THOMAS SCHMIDT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders of $150 or more. Exact shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Final sale items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at Management@thomasschmidt.online.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
